S3RL
Jole Richard Hughes (born 17 December 1981), known professionally as S3RL, is an Australian happy hardcore and UK hardcore DJ, record producer and singer from Brisbane. He is best known for "Pretty Rave Girl", "MTC" and "Bass Slut". His 2014 single "Genre Police" reached number 10 on the Norwegian singles chart in 2015. His songs often reference Japanese popular culture. In 2011 he founded the record label EMFA Music. After touring internationally for about a decade, he stopped performing live at the end of 2018 and returned in 2025, as his older music found new audiences online.
